If I'm not mistaken, it is western NY. I've got a few friends from the Roc and we would always joke with them about driving the 5 hours there to get a plate, and then driving right back.

Ah, I've been to the rochester area. My aunt has a friend that lives there. I was younger when I visited and we participated in a UFO group as well as time spent seeing sights and visiting a children's museum I distinctly remember.
