Can someone answer a question for me (i know its not the right forum sorry but i dont seem to be able to post in the correct one and i need to know quickly, really sorry bout this im worried tho)

i know someone who takes heroin everyday about two bags (of scotish heroin which is totally shit and defo wouldnt cause a nod, no chance) and has 30 x mst 100mg slow release! What is the best way to use that to taper or minimise withdrawal?? I have honestly tried to use the search engine but it doesnt seem to be working for me. he omnly has one dose of heroin for the morning so is a little worried hence just going ahead and posting in the wrong bit! hopefull a mod could possibly move this to the correct forum and hook me up with a link.

Once again sorry for posting in here the guy is just a little worried and desperate now!

Who knows where he would get advice if not on here..

Some questions he would like answered is should he take the coating off (is there a way to make em quick release) how many should he take, what else should he take? how many should he take?

he wants you to know he has only been smoking the heroin and has never IV'ed anything! Although is really really stressed about this as he wants to be clean for the arrival of his child in december
