HEllo fellow bluelighters i need help with a question about adderall

Ok so ive come across some 20mg IR Adderall, I'm currently prescribed Xanax and suboxone, I take 4 mgs of Xanax a day and 4 to 8 mgs of suboxone a day, I want to take some addderall but last time I did I was about 14 or 15 I'm 26 now but I tremember I liked it at first but then I hated it cause it kept me up for 2 days( I hate the strung out feeling, its very similar to coming off of coke or MDMA /EX) I don't want to feel that way so what is a good dosage? No tolerance took 4 mg of suboxone so far and no Xanax cause Idk if it will counteract the Adderall some help would be great thanks!!!!

I will tell you this the adderall will make you burn through the suboxone in your system far quicker then your used to and that in itself might make you feel shitty.
