Hello-this all new to me... I have never joined one of these before but I do alot of reading about imformation
About ways to help alviate symptoms for opiate withdrawls. I have been taking painkillers for about 2years now and it all started when I hate foot surgery. I had never taking any pain killers until I had this surgery. Long story short is once I felt w/d symptoms I haven't quit taking them. I Tryed to switch from hydrocodone, oxycodone, roxys to methadone- I liked methadone and thought I could kick the habit by taking those and when I Tryed to quit my w/d symptoms were way worse with methodone than it was with hydrocodone... I have been to treatment a few times and it was only for a few weeks but I'm having such a hard time sticking to it and staying off. so tomorrow I am going to start the lopermide hcl pills an see how that works.. I have heard alot of positive things about it and I'm just praying that this will help me to... if anyone has any advise and anything else that may help me kick this habit I would greatly appreciate it. need help and support. Feel very alone with this stupid addiction.
