Hello Everyone! I need some help!

Last night around 8 pm SWIM took 20 mg of adderal to stay awake and game. SWIM usually takes 250 mg of tramadol every night at the same time for the same thing, but the only reason SWIM took the adderal is because he was out of tramadol. So long story short, it's almost been 24 hours since SWIM took the adderal. Has he waited long enough to take the tramadol? I'm sorry if this is a FAQ but I'm concerned and want him to be safe. Thanks

I'm not sure of any side effects from these substances but I have mixed these before to help when coming down from the adderal/phet and never had a bad side effect. The tramadol would be taken around 5-8 hours after my adderal intake.
