Finally registered, after many, many information searches in the last year or so have led me here and ended here aswell. Figured it was bout time I made an account. Major opiate/ opioid user, no weed for me. Former coke user. Occasional stim venge. :3 Right now looking at some Vavanse 20mg and Concerta XR 54mg and wondering if its a safe (or mostly safe) combo and recommended dosage, lets just say for someone with no tolerance.

Nasal insufflation is the plan with those. Well for the Concerta anyways. I know that the Vyvanse has to be digested.
