Hello all, I'm a long time follower of BL and believe that the harm-reduction mission of this site and others like it are essential for inexperienced or uneducated drug users. I honestly don't know why its taken since 2004 to register, but I feel that my knowledge of an extremely wide range of subjects may be of help to someone, at some point so I signed on. If anybody takes the time to read this introduction thank you and feel free to respond and ask any questions about me that might help me introduce myself to this community.

I'm sure lots of people will take time to read your introduction post :)

Do you remember how you found Bluelight? Vote in our poll here in NMI! You know, HR is good for everyone, not just inexperienced people. Everybody can benefit.

@ Klue: perhaps i misspoke, I agree that not only the inexperienced can benefit from HR, in fact I myself often learn new things from fellow bluelighters and I have been using and researching drugs and drug culture for a decade or so now.
It is great that anyone young or old, experienced and inexperienced alike can be enlightened on a vast array of subjects merely by reading these threads and asking the right questions. I honestly don't remember how I first found this site; most likely from The Shroomery or pillreports.com but I have already voted in the poll.

@theotherside26: I am a big fan of Yes, not so much so Genesis although they are better than some. My other favorite prog rock bands include Jethro Tull, Deep Purple,Captain Beyond, Kansas and the like. It isn't very often that I find someone who is aware of the existance of the band Uriah Heep, let alone another fan.

Thank you all so far who have replied, I hope to have more people interested in saying hello and exchanging information.

Oh yes we have alot of music junkies such as myself in here!!! I love Jethro's "thick as a brick" as well as alot of Captain beyond. I love love love King Crimson...have you heard their first 6 albums?? Stop listening after Red but you wanna talk about progressive music....whoa!!

Woah King Crimson, thats about as rare to be heard of as Gentle Giant, The Yardbirds or Jean-luc Ponty. Of course living in a place that is as much a barren desert culturally as it is geographically. I almost never encounter anyone with musical knowledge beyond the latest pre-packaged corporate pop B.S. (sorry for the rant:short answer is yeah i like King Crimson)

Its nice to know that some people still know what good music is, and it gives me hope that I might be accepted by the BL community
