Sometimes it's good to bump old threads, they shouldn't span too far back anyway because of regular pruning. If the information is there there is no harm bringing it forward. Staff will close them or edit them if there is anything askew. Try using the advanced search engine, search for the technical or generic names of what you're looking into.
