Hi guys and gals. I'm not exactly new to bluelight but I just finally registered. I've come to bluelight many times and my life has been saved by you guys at least once. During my benzo (5 year alpraz habit ~6-8mg daily) you told me to watch out for seizures and death. So I stayed near a hospital just in case and told my friends and family what might happen. Turns out you were right and I had my first grand mal seizure right next to the hospital. After many programs and sober livings could not successfully detox me I thought I was a lost cause. Then finally a hospital admitted me for 5 days and gave me round the click phenobarbital by I.V. and released me after less than 6 days! Sent me home with 5 (yes 5 not a typo) phenobarbital pills I forget the dose to finish my taper. No more seizures, no more worrying about death. Thanks!!
Anyways, I'm glad to still be around. I have been using drugs since I was 11 and am now 27. I have a LOT of experience with weed, LSD, shrooms, benzos, painkillers, alcohol, and cocaine. I have less experience but some with heroin, and various others.
So to cut to the chase my latest reason for visiting you guys was again for Xanax withdrawal. Has done it about 2 weeks this time. Well 2 days ago I had another seizure. Jesus! Two weeks of use! Anyway I'm still withdrawing pretty hard and haven't slept more than a half hour a night for almost 5 days now. I can't remember anything and the panic attacks are intense. So I'm actually doing ok with it. I just moved to Seattle from Cali and have no connections, doctors, or anything like that. So it's round 4 of sobriety for me. Thanks for taking time to read.
