Hey there. So I've been lurking for quite some time and doing research on this site for probably a year or so - learned a lot, btw. =D Decided I should probably introduce myself. I'm strictly on opiates (namely hydrocodone) and muscle relaxers - nothing too heavy. I am actually trying to cut way back and would love to take a "medication vacation" for a month so I can break my tolerance.

Anyway, I have a question I couldn't find an answer to. Does anyone know how long DF118 (dihydrocodiene tartrate) stays in your system? Is it the same as plain old codiene?

^ BDD (Basic Drug Discussion) is a good place to start with basic questions about drugs (not psychedelics, ecstasy or cannabis though as they have their own forums..) Check out the guidelines in my sig.

We don't allow drug-test questions, so bear that in mind, but if you can't find an answer with the search engine BDD is usually a good place to start.

DHC's half life is 4 hours by the way - so half of your dose will be gone in 4 hours, then half of what is left in another 4 hours etc. Codeine's half-life is more like 2.5 hours :)
