Hello!! I am new (from Alabama). I have a bulging disc, osteoarthritis in my lower spine, patellafemoral pain disorder, and carpal tunnel in my right wrist. I haven't had any insurance and just got some but it's taking forever to find a specialist that can see me soon. What all do you find helps best with the extreme back pain?

Hey, welcome to bluelight.
I've been lucky not to have back issues as bad as yours - but i know how crippling back issues are.
Hope you can find some good info and support here.
