Hello everyone,

I am a new Bluelight member. I am in my early 40's and have used and abused alot of substances. Currently trying to quit methamphetamine (I am a fool. I started smoking it 12 months ago).

Ouch that's tough I never did long long meth runs mostly about a week and its tough. Is there any withdrawal coming ? How bad is it? I know the hardest was for me when I was crashing and ran out that's the worse.

Hello lost soul. It may be your mess ultimately, but this community is here to educate, motivate, and support as much as possible.

Check out the recovery forums, lots of good stuff there.

Hope you start feeling better soon...

Hey what's up, welcome to Bluelight :)

Good to hear you're quitting meth, it's no good to use it for so long, but there's also no need to beat yourself up.
We all make mistakes, we're human after all. All we can do is try and correct them and learn. That is part of the wonderful journey of life.
Make sure to check out the Sober Living section and good luck!
