My name is Jane and I have been reading these forums for a long time. I have learned a LOT from this place and would like to start contributing to discussions.
I suffer from anxiety and have been on benzos for around 10 years. I am also currently on pain medication for different reasons (have been prescribed codeine for migraines, and have been on morphine and hydromorphone for stomach surgery complications). I also use sleep aides (zopiclone for 10 years) and sometimes seroquel. I love my meds, but sometimes struggle with thoughts that I may love them a bit too much.
