I'm here to learn more about benzo's and subs, been on and off the Benz's about 10 years after many failed attempts to quit, been on subs for about four after a nasty opiate addiction. Hope to meet new people and ideas here to help myself and maybe help other with my experience.

I take suboxone daily too for a year now I take 0.3mgs every 6 hours and it works great for pain
Sorry I've never taken much benzos I still know a bit about them the way they work and whatnot but have only ever done 40ml worth of Valium pills before when my buddy stole them out of someone's medicine cabinet during a B&E lol used to be big time junky.
