I'm sure she means the southeast USA Mugz, but I might be wrong.

I don't use/score heroin anymore so I can't say I've been having much luck either - I much prefer buprenorphine and cannabis to heroin / full agonist opiates now a days. :D

The south could be referring to the southeast, which I have spent many years in.

I would never leave southern California.
