Hi everyone, I have had been prescribed adderall for 4 years now, with some heavy abuse in the past 2 years. I've also experimented with many other drugs including LSD, painkillers, alcohol, weed, , MDMA, and past heavy xanex abuse.
Recently I have cut down on all drugs except occasional xanex use, and i've binged my adderall prescription a few times in the past 6 months. I currently stopped using all drugs except alcohol and after a month I am resuming my adderall use but not abusing it (taking two 20 mg pills a day mon-fri and sunday) My doctor wants to get my blood tested in 3 months for kidney and liver function.
My question is at this point have i done any severe kidney and liver damage, what steps do I take to make sure this blood test goes well?

It's pretty much impossible for anyone to say but vitamin e is good for liver support. Milk thistle is also good for liver detox, although I can't remember if it's recommended to take long term. Is there a reason your doctor wants to wait 3 months to do blood tests? That doesn't make sense to me because if there are any abnormalities you probably want to find out sooner than later.

Stop drinking. I mini -you'ed and came back for the most part healthy. YMMV. If anything, I'd go kidneys first, splitting hairs with liver function. When I feel like absolute shit, I double up on a good multivitamin/ mineral supplement and excercize, give up a decent amount of sugar, fat, etc.
