Heroin Heat or not to Heat (tar)

I need someone who is 110% sure on this and not just thinking its right. Heat the tar with water or just let it sit in cold water and dissolve? I've had too many friends say always heat it but i'm thinking let it sit in the cold. It still makes me wonder though, there's a bunch of stuff floating in the water when you let it cold. Let me know please, ONLY if you are sure : )

Heat it always. It won't all dissolve if you don't heat it.

Never heat any opiate. Just drop your chunk in some water and use your finger to rub the chunk around in the spoon it will dissolve pretty quick

I never cook my tar. It dissolves completely in the small amount of water (I use bacteriostatic) and filters just fine with a cotton q-tip filter (although I realize I should be using a micron filter). As for being 100% sure of anything at all.....I don't know that there is such a thing.

It's not necessary to heat tar. Tar heroin will dissolve in cold water. Sure it won't dissolve instantly, but if you're not taking your time with injecting heroin, things are not going to turn out in your favor.

It takes a few minutes to push water over the tar until it dissolves, but it does.
