Heart shaped pills?

Hey was wondering if anyone heard of some heart shaped pills in the nj area. Not sure of their color probably red and wanted to know if they were pipes or not. Thanks if anyone has any info

Hard to say, theres good ones and bad ones. And i've also seen heart shaped caffiene pills that some shady dealers sell ppl as e.
