Heart Palpitations

Morning ya'll. Just curious to hear if anyone else gets chronic heart palpitations? And if so do you know what is causing it or what makes it worse? How often do you get them? Do they get worse some days, weeks, months compared to others? Do you know if it is related to a heart condition?

There are so many different contributing factors to what causes heart palpitations that absolutely no one on here will be able to shed any light on the cause or cure of your heart palpitations. If you are experiencing frequent heart palpitations you absolutely MUST see your doctor, be honest with them about any and all substance use, your lifestyle, diet, sleep, everything. They may or may not then send you to a cardiologist to run some tests on your heart. This is the only way you're going to get any answers.
