Cocaine Heart healthy cocaine use.. oxymoron intentional (treating with aspirin?)

I'm a young healthy male, so I'm not too worried or anything but the question did come to my mind. Say you are on an aspirin regimen, to thin your blood and thus reduce the chance of a heart attack lets say 80mg every 8 hrs or whatevers normal. Buttt, you also have a bit of a coke habit?

There seem to be conflicting reports online of what would happen. Some fear that the aspirin thinning your blood would increase the effectiveness of the cocaine, thus promoting greater heart rate and causing death.

Or say you were on cocaine and suddenly became paranoid that your heart was beating too fast. Would chewing a bayer aspirin have good/bad/ or no effects?

Just a bunch of what-ifs, I personally imagine that it'd be better to take the aspirin and dial 911 if you were really fearing death.

Cocaine is directly toxic to heart cells in adition to shrinking blood vessels, so taking aspirin is a stop-gap at best. It's definitely no replacement for not doing cocaine, and isn't going to help you at all if your heart decides to shit itself and stop beating or spike your blood pressure through the roof.

Aspirin likely wouldn't help significantly in this situation. The best thing you can do is call emergency services, and possibly use benzodiazepines in the meantime if they're available.

Cocaine induced myocardial infarctions kill the young and healthy because the infarct isn't caused by atherosclerosis, rather an aggregation of factors. Most of these cases in the young also occur when the individual is a cigarette smoker. Check out this document for a fairy succinct summary of the underlying factors at play.

Don't overdo the coke or use it all at once, and DO NOT IV it or smoke it if you care about your heart.
