Hi Guys - have any of you ever heard of making a substance from cooking up benzocaine and then smoking it like you would crack? :?The way it was described to me was to heat up the benzo on a spoon with some water, when dried - what was left was able to be smoked in a pipe just like crack but called BRACK. Not as intense of a buzz but still a buzz. Any one heard of it or tried it? Thanks8(

Benzocaine is only local anesthetic, it may have slight CNS stimulant properties, but generally all the other similar chemicals possess only slight stimulant properties, and no euphoria.
Probably just slight norepinephrine releasers

The sun (gutter tabloid "news" paper) tried putting out a drug scare story claiming benzocaine "brack" prepared in this way is a drug epidemic fiended on by desperate crack addicts. I think it should be pretty apparent to anybody with common sense that this is complete and utter bollocks. If you've read it in the Sun, you'd know it was dreamed up by a moron to shift copy. Brack? Ha!

Benzocaine is far from useless though; it's an excellent cutting agent for cocaine. "Brack" resembles the real thing for the creative scammer. But above all else, it's an excellent anaesthetic; I had a raging tooth infection once, and I mean AGONY here, so I injected some benzo into my gum, and hey presto! Complete numbness and no pain for four blissful hours.

Don't be fooled by the "Caine" at the end: benzocaine will not get you high.
