Now don't get me wrong, I am not one of the people who believes in "stacked" E or coke/heroin based beans either. I've seen too much to know that that is a bunch of bullshit for the most part. But I do have one question.

I understand that only one pill has ever been reported with heroin as an active ingredient, but is it possible to have heroin be an inactive ingredient, say maybe 0.5-1.0mg (hell up to even 10mg) of it in an entire 120-175mg pill. The reason I ask is because heroin is rarely eaten and is supposedly only active orally at a minimum of 50mg: Erowid Dosage FAQ. If this was something that could be done wouldn't it be relatively cheap for an exquisitely good pill? Is this something that anybody has thought about? I'm just wondering if this is a possibility or not.

honestly I don't think so. Again, why would a dealer cut a product with something that is worth more per gram then mdma/a binder?

you are confused about the definition of "active ingredient."

I wouldnt think it would be practical because the people manufacturing and and pressing E are not the same people growing and processing poppies. on top of that, it just being silly. and a detectable amount would be an additional felony.
