....Even if you can't sleep - if you've been up for over 24 hours, try and lie down in bed with the lights off as if you were going to sleep for a few hours - it lets your body rest and always seems to calm my mind down too.
...

right there!!! one of the biggest and bestest (is that a word ;) ) tips!

i have just come off a 5day run - and I made sure i did this everyday just to give the body a rest! It also gives you plenty of time to explore your thoughts...tis amazing the things you come up with!

I also made sure i drank PLENTY of water - i dropped 4kg during the week, didnt eat much, mainly high carbs when I did and daily vitamins pills!

Crash was very minimal almost non-existent! Caught up sleep and ready to tackle the week!

i find eating makes ur pipes work better, also makes u feel way better and when u wake up after the bender u atleist have some energy

if ur stomach is fucked i find starting with bananas is the best, then once u get something down its usually alot easyer to eat more (i have some stomach problems and a bad gag reflex).

quick ease also helps to settle my stomach, i usually try bust loads of vitimins after a feed aswell (e.g. milk thistle (sp.), omega 3s, zinc, b, c ect.)

deff wanna have some beers oh, and cigarettes

Try IV'ing the gear instead of smoking it should help with a less violent comedown. Also a good supply of diazapam or xanax to promote sleep in the following days. Also avoid smoking pot to 'ease' the comedown as it plays havock with dopamine sickness.

My theory on why iv comedowns are so much more gentle is because iv fries your brain so much you just don't feel anything - good or bad. Personally my iv comedowns are a lot more physical, just completely exhausted without any significant depression/anxiety.

Like people said, replenish your transmitters with their amino acids, so tyrosine (or phenylalanine) and tryptophan.

Benzos to help you sleep, restivit or unisom if you cant get benzos

Another one not yet mentioned would be L-dopa is the BEST thing you can do for your body, if you can get your hands on it.

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate - water, gatorade etc.
Consume loads of vitamins - my preferences are vitamin C and B complex
Salads, yoghurts, soyamilk if you can't manage anything more solid.
My personal rule is only 1 night without sleep - thank you lord for benzos, and no longer than 3 day benders.
Showers, frequent teeth brushing
