Healthy munchies - what chu be eatin dogg

cereal , low fat stuff like granola bars, yogurt, sunchips, chocolate pudding, Ginger ale, Smoothies, green apples taste yummy, Ham & chesse sandwich.

my bf is a serious muncher its not really what he eats but the amount that he eats. its never ending, try not to stuff your face just eat enough to kill your munchies don't go crazy and destroy the fridge .

a sandwich and a smoothie is enough. not the whole fridge
 
what kills me is im cooking pizzas and cheesesteaks all day at work

so its hard not to sneak food in being that im stoned/drunk the whole time

im taking the advice in this thread and dieting!
 
my time spent living in ireland left me with a major addiction to chips; Salt and vinegar!

when I'm blazed I can go thru the entire bag (full size not the single serving) w/o thinking about it, but then I feel terrible about it the next day thinking of all the crap and sodium I ingested; so I try to drink a lot of water and tea when I smoke. It helps with the next day, not feeling so dehydrated.

I agree w/ most of the above statements though, fresh fruit is killer. Mangoes, oranges, clementines, berries. those are much better munchies than an entire bag of crisps, but I just can't kick the habit.
 
when i first started smoking i ate allot...now i ignore the hunger n zone out with tunes.
 
I have found that having a few beers or getting drunk before/after smoking really kills the munchies but beware if you get drunk before you smoke. when you start to come down the hunger hits harder than crack. Weed+beer munchies indescribable

mabye you can try dieting outside of smoking and you might feel better if you pigout on junk food when u do smoke.

or if i'm mixing weed + gaba herbs i'll use a chamomile lemon balm hibiscus tea

Fuck yeah, Oolong tea is the shit too, it's so tasty when stoned.

Fruit is a staple too of course, I binge on grapefruit when I'm high and berries too, blueberries have been cheap where I live recently and I've been practically inhaling them. Yogurt too, with fruit in it.

Eggplant is one of my favorite foods, I like to slice it thin, put a little bit of salt water on it and let it sit and then fry it in olive oil. Pasta and rice are also good while high, and I love popcorn which I guess can be either semi-healthy or unhealthy depending on what's on it and how it's made. I usually make it unhealthy but you could totally have popcorn be a pretty healthy muchie. Popcorn is fun to eat and not very filling too, which is cool.
 
ah yeah how could I have forgotten grapefruit.

Thats another of my favs when high. I tend to like anything sour or salty but am not very fond of sweet things like icecream or cake or whatever when high.
 
i get retarded insane munchies on opiates and when drinking both while smoking. I need pot to eat so i don't really pig out hardcore unless other drugs are involved. but i can eat a shitload of icecream and it does not do shit to me.
