That looks awesome! I'm going to have to see if we have that on our area. What a great thread - hadn't seen this before.

Fun game of golf looking like a vampire on a warm day. I had precancer as a teen and still burn quickly and badly so I have to wear ridiculous cloths for outside activities.

Since I've quit smoking I'm thinking about taking up running and going early in the morning. I'm waiting for the weather to cool down some before I start. I'm a little nervous but am excited at the thought of getting back into shape. Some of the pics in this thread are inspirational.

we have some paddleboard yoga classes around here

this one is nice b/c it's in shallow water used for a skating rink / curling in the winter

I think they also do it on a sheltered part of the lake, but I don't really trust that...

I hate the road. It creates hurt in areas I am unfamiliar with.
My ladyfriend wants to run a flat road marathon early Dec for her 40th.
What kind of friend would I be not to rent a house on the beach for 4 days and run 26.2 miles ahead of her? ;)

-the influence of drugs on appetite-

drug use affects the appetite, but we are encouraged to eat first

[/urlq[/IMG]Got in pretty good shape when I thought I was going to jail. It also urged me to get and stay clean for 4 months. I've had some recent relapses but I feel pretty confident this time round. I keep lifting through the w/ds and it does help.

^ Excellent. Funny how a gym addiction can trump any other addiction.

Where were you at four months ago?

Thanks. I was at 160 at 5'11 with a bad habit of eating fast food everyday. I didn't have a gut but I didn't have abs either. After cutting out the fast food I lost 10 pounds, then gained 15 back in muscle/water weight putting me at 170. Now I've cut out the creatine and lost 5pounds of water weight and I'm trying to hit 170 without creatine.
