I'd like to say that i have been on bluelight for a while now, and only now have i just read the forum rules, and most importantly the initailly read up re: ecstasy. the information is very very useful and if you havent read it please do so.
however, even though i am relatively intelligent (thanks for not laughing if you seen some of my whacked posts), i understand most of what is being said.
BUT.....
in plane english, ive figured out to eat bannanas, take vitamin c tablets, drink milk, eat turkey and drink grapefruit juice. all these things are much easier to get than all the "thingymobobbywhatthefuckisthisnamemetaoxides" that are listed.
worst case scenario i will get all the relavant items, but are there any other simple foods tha can be consumed that are helpful?
 
to be honest I believe that the items themselves are easier then buying the foods themselves(except for maybe 5-htp which may need to be sourced via mail. Most other things however are easy to get by simply going to the local supermarket and buying the capsules. I believe buying the tablet forms of these can actually be cheaper and more potent for you. Also it will mean you wont have to eat protein or amino acids pre pilling which can actually hinder your uptake of the drugs into the brain.

Milk is a good source of L-tryptophan, a precourser to serotonin, which is always good to a lot of pre and post MDMA use.
Bannana smoothies are extra good as well, cause you've got the L-tryptophan from both milk and fruit. Tea, with the shitloads of antioxidants (helps with neurotoxicity) is also a plus in my book.
 
whats the deal with eating protiens and amino acids before pilling? I usually have a pre-party protien shake, could this be a bad idea?
I always thought this would be a good thing because protien shakes have tyrosine, tryptophan etc etc
 
Lets picture your brain as a house with two people trying to enter the door at the same time. this is the problem in having too much protein pre dropping as the amino's fight for the door so to speak at the same time as the drug. try pink grapefruit juice instead as rather then hinder the uptake like aminos it will actually help the uptake

Hey Rolling, do you have a technical non-layman's version of what you're explaining? I'm not sure I'm understanding what processes you're referring to. Could you explain further please?
