Healthy Drug Users?

^definition of toxic:
1. Of, relating to, or caused by a toxin or other poison
2. Capable of causing injury or death, especially by chemical means; poisonous
nope, pot isnt toxic, unless you smoke it then it's toxic to the lungs, but this isnt what you meant

i think the word you want is unappealing, or detrimental (to a lucid mind), or i bet there's a better word, but using the word toxic is misleading

off topic... its funny how differently we're affected by pot.. it speeds up my mind (racing thoughts), my body feelings like its being blasted into another world, and i'm swimming in a sea of (fluctuating) meaning and beauty:)

I completely agree, just some drugs are harder to control than most.
Cannabis: few times a week
Meth: Post May - 2-3 times a week, heavy user, did not like noticeable effects on me... stopped working out, had to change that, so now I've done it once in the past 2 months. Trying to keep it to thebare minimal
Alaprozam: if possible, 2-3 times a week (after working out)
MDMA: varies, but no more than 3-4 times a year
LSD: 2-3 times a year possibly more
Ketamine: None
Coke: Maybe once a week
I eat healthy and watch what I put into my body, read drug facts, ingredients, nutrition facts, etc. I believe in that whole psychological theory that the mind controls the body to the extent that if you at least work at something and believe wholeheartedly, that is attainable to you. Losing weight, etc. Sorry I'm kinda delusional right now. Drinking green tea.
Various other drugs sparingly

I consider myself pretty healthy. I could definitely exercise more, but I try to make at least some kind of effort during the week to walk or jog in the fresh air (currently it's only once a week, but it's winter - in summer I'll get out there a lot more).

My diet is excellent. I eat a lot of wholegrains, beans, pulses and nuts, STACKS of vegetables (a big salad with raw veggies is the cornerstone of my lunch most days), lean protein such as chicken and cottage cheese, and litres of water a day. I sleep well, around 9 hours a night. One area I do fall down is that I drink too much alcohol on weekends, but despite this, I still feel great and definitely don't have a 'problem' as such with it.

I also take MDMA or speed 1-2 times a month. I like to have a few long breaks every now and then too. But unless I've had 3 or 4 weekends in a row doing drugs, I don't really feel any negative effects whatsoever. My eating and sleeping patterns get back to normal within a couple of days and I don't suffer any prolonged depression or comedowns or physical problems from it.

I take
MDMA - once every 2-4 months
Weed - Every 2 months or so (usually take nitrous at same time)
Alcohol - most weekends and occasionally during the week

Do weights 2-3 times a week (3 day split)
Go running 2-3 times a week (3.5km as fast as possible)

And I feel my diet is very good, I do occasionally binge on a big pizza lots of beer and beer snacks on the weekend but during the week its:

Breakie: oats and weetbix + shake + vit c + multi vit
Lunch: 200g Tuna or chicken sandwitch
After workout: Protein shake
Dinner: some form of chicken or beef

This is very sustainable as well, been doing it for a few years now and feel in great health.

I can exercise as frequently (methinks more sometimes) with just cannabis use.

Opiates...no, no.

Weed though, work, run, doesn't matter, just feel positive. :D

I would consider myself a healthy drug user. I use the gym 3 times a week and eat plenty of fresh fruit, take vitamins, don't smoke etc.

Until recently I used MDMA quite regularly, maybe once a fornight. Speed, ketamine, LSD and weed I do very rarely. Alcohol is a big problem of mine. Although I only drink on weekends I drink excessively and often cant remember shit the next day.

I would consider my regular cannabis use with occasional psychedelic use paired with my cautious, yet healthy diet to render me a rather healthy "drug user" overall.

I have a friend who doesn't do any drugs (even alcohol) except regularly smoke Marlboros, drink mad amounts of Coca cola, and eats excessive fast foods. I would consider him an unhealthy "drug user".
