So is it safe to do this, because I am.. Monday 150mg codeine sulphate, Tuesday 2 mg alprazolam, Wednesday and Thursday nothing, Friday codeine sulphate 150mg, Saturday 2mg alprazolam. Sunday nothing.

This is an unhealthy lifestyle right?

maybe maybe not, since both doses are a bit high it could lead to a dangerous situation in the long run
how long have you been taking those doses? or how long have you been using that regimen ?

One day inbetween would probably be enough, you just don't want to take the two together.
