This thread is intended to document addiction and health issues of Methoxetamine users who havent in the past abused Ketamine or other dissociatives.

Do pure MXE heads get kidney & bladder problems for instance? Some of you Mexy folks do, but then again you've been through many ounces of Ketamine before, so your kidneys and bladder already took major hits prior to MXE use.

Do people who never got addicted to Ketamine get serious addiction issues with MXE?

Whats a pure MXE tolerance like and how does it revert over time?

Many people who take up MXE have a big dissociatives tolerance and organ damage because of Ketamine use, what I'd like to hear of is the issues that relatively pristine MXE users are and aren't having.

Can speak for myself, but not quite what you are looking for, as I was into K probably before a lot of these dudes could walk, but there is plenty of anecdotal evidence on the net of ACH naive individuals developing serious MXE problems. It is still likely N- dealkylated like K producing the equivalent suspected bladder toxic material. Sure, the dose is smaller, but when you cain the shit like a motherfucker it doesn't so much matter.

personally, I've gone through spells of using a few grams of ketamine a day for months, when overseas where it was cheap and plentiful. Never had any bladder or kidney issues. MXE on the other hand seemed much more caustic to me, extremely dehydrating, and frequent uncomfortable issues when emptying the bladder. Have used K since and experience no such thing. But, let others fitting your desired parameters speak for themselves. . . .

Cheers

Edit- my dissociative tolerance never really goes away, even after loooong breaks without.

Quite a few MXE users either didn't like dissociatives they had previously tried, or were dissociative naive upon trying it, as I recall (you can always start reading through the B&Ds). Anyway, given the relative lack of long term health issues experienced thus far, and incredible similarity to the main thread on the subject, I think this should be merged with the MXE addiction or side effects thread. Unless you can make a really good case for its separate existence.

I've dabbled in K and did a fair bit of tussin back in the day, but I did the most of MXE. I am still feeling very 'twitchy' from my binge. I am starting to be able to feel pleasure again though :-)

I eat a lot of green foods so the bladder issues never really affected me

I did a lot of DXM... then I did a LOT of Ketamine... then I did a LOT of MXE.

My health is still top notch. Never had bladder problems. Went a little crazy from the K but bounced back better than new. Was addicted to all of them but the MXE was purely psychological and fairly functional in terms of addiction, for the most part.

I did not have MXE tolerance when I started it because it was really about a year or more after doing any Ketamine at the time. I may have had a slight permatolerance but nothing to get excited about.

MXE tolerance leads to diminishing dissociative effects, sustained euphoria and sustained stimulation. I was actually amazed how well it continued to work, considering I did it basically all day, most days, for something like 20 months straight. You will eventually find it hard to M-Hole or whatever, but for someone like me the lure is in repeated, sustained low/medium dosing. It changes your idea of "sober".

Never Knows Best, i those threads people generally omit to mention their ketamine issues and the like, personally I felt the separate thread to be justified, if it shouldnt turn up many responses of merit, it can always be merged on a later date.

But your call entirely, of course.

I have done Tons of dxm and K without getting any serius mental or physical health issues and around here i know of nobady who got to mxe as there first dissosiative. I have tried mxe and it seems to me to be very mild compared to dxm or K. My dissosiative tolerance seems to last a lifetime and resulted from taking 1000mg of dxm evry night and mxe didnt affect that much at all i had to take around 100mg of the mxe to get into a hole. I know thats not the info your looking for but in my opinion MXE is very euphoric but its just another RC and i dont think many people will damage there bodies to explore what is has to offer because i dont think people will abuse it to the extent that they have other dissosiatives i could be wrong though.

Doesn't everybody?

I take 30mg sublingual MXE, this 3-4x to arrive at a Hole. Thats the same amount without a tolerance.

Hey there. I am a pretty heavy MXE user, I suppose, I am now at about 17g over the past 18 weeks since discovering and ordering my first batch. During the past 18 weeks I have taken a couple breaks of two weeks each. I am 27 and have previously used dissociatives since about age 18. DXM use, it's hard to say because I definitely went years without ever taking it but over the past 10 years I've probably had about 30-40 2nd and 3rd plat trips. K was a more recent thing, probably have only used maybe 2 grams total, since it's pretty damn expensive for such a short trip and the amount that's required.

I was pretty ecstatic when I found MXE and it worked wonderfully. So much bliss there at first. It's definitely not like those first few weeks anymore, but I still enjoy it and find myself psychologically addicted. I have a hard time not using when I have it in my house. I only use during the evening after I come home from work.

I have noticed some slight cognitive impairments. I am getting that under control with the help of nootropics and am starting to notice a difference of getting back the memory and speed. It was never anything serious or debilitating in any way though, just a little slower to pick out information from my mind.

Physically, I haven't noticed too much. I drink lots of water, very rarely do I consume soda or alcohol, and eat a relatively healthy vegetarian diet and take b12 supplements and the like. About a month ago I did start to feel some slight pains under my ribs, on both sides and closer to the center front of my body, but I'm unsure if that is related. From what I can ascertain, kidney pain is felt more towards the back. I spoke with my doctor and she didn't think it was anything to worry about and thought it might be related to some issues I've been having with my birth control medicine and hormonal cycle.

I know I need to cut down my use though because I don't think it's healthy to be using as much as I do. I would say on average I am using about 50mg a night, sometimes a bit more though. I do a lot of redosing. The one thing MXE has made me though is more introverted. I am not going out as much anymore and tend to prefer quiet nights at home alone, working on creative projects or just watching movies.

I have about 2.5g left in my stash and I think it should be gone by the New Year. I am not planning on ordering any more until maybe festival season, which I'm not even sure about. I'm kind of hoping to move on and forget about it, and only use it once in a very great while. Much the same way I used to use DXM. It's just the problem of it being in the house, I have a hard time staying away.
