Stimulants Healing meth sores fast?

so someone has a lot of trouble with obsessive nervous picking while on meth , creating sores on the skin.
currently using neosporin and creams containing vitamin e, b, and aloe vera.
is there anything better that could be used to speed up the healing process/prevent scarring?
also, since meth does exit skin through pores, would these ointments counteract the healing process as they could retain toxic chemicals and prevent healing?

Best thing for healing sores on meth/other stimulants is food, water, and sleep. I had a gash on my thumb for about 2 weeks on an MDPV binge that remained open and infected until I eventually packed it in and caught up on my sleep. Vitamins and creams will certainly help some of the way, but don't expect the healing process to be anything other than painfully slow until you've put the meth down/run out.
