I think despite the differing opinions on what may or may not be true regarding certain information on the website about particular drugs, it's still a very good site when compared to everything else that's out there.

As madmick said, our current understanding is limited.. it's not the be all end all, it change's all the time.. don't be naive just because you personally haven't experienced the described side-effects.

I often find myself disillusioned and indignant about misinformation.
Government misinformation pisses off a lot of teens, and turns their curiosity to the very drugs they are trying to steer kids away from.
I personally know that's the only effect fear ever had on me.

But we must accept that those who do use drugs, are often also guilty of misinforming those around them, even if not to the same extent. And I think that's because of a mixture of indignation when they hear one of their 'favourite' drugs slandered(which I know I have) and also excitement.

Excitement that they have tried and enjoyed a drug, excitement that 'The Man' was wrong, after all, that their friends/acquaintances should try what they tried... etc. And that excitement, i think can be a little dangerous, because you find yourself understating the dangers.

This right here does it for me.

The consequences of using Ecstasy may include:

Clearly they have no problem with publishing misinformation, as usual.

Which part do you think is misinformation? I agree that they have left out any positive effects MDMA might have, but I can't see anything in that list that I don't agree with.
