So, there is this guy I use to have sex with and we no longer do. So obviously he is gonna move on. I decided I am in absolutely no rush to jump back in the saddle. We are still friends but he wants to talk to me about the girls he hits on and potential sex partners. I don't want to hear about it at all. I mean why do I need to know what he does in his private time and why would he want to tell me. I get we are suppose to be friends but I never share any sexual experience with anyone (or very rarely anyway). He says I am selfish for not wanting to listen, that we are suppose to be friends, but I don't get it.

Maybe he values your opinion or maybe he is trying to make you jealous for obvious reasons. But if it makes you uncomfortable you should tell him to stop it.
I think it's either he wants to make you jealous, because he wants to get back with you and talking about what he's getting up to he's trying to show you what your missing (in some weird way, maby). Or maby he dose see you as a real friend as you've had an physical an emotional connection in the past and values your opinion.
