So I'm dating this older man. He's 20 years older than me. He likes to call me his little girl and baby girl. He often tells me that I'm adorable and cute.

I think that until you don't like it anymore, you enjoy it. If there comes a time when it doesn't get you off, then stop. If something bothers you, tell him. And congrats on the hot sex.
 
I'm not big on age play. Aside from the physical parts of age there's life experience parts. The life experience parts I think is what can inhibit intimacy. If you're able to connect in a real way on your own terms then I believe you're in a healthy relationship. Maybe a gentle reality check would help. IMO

I'd feel kinda weirded out. Like has he actually done these things with little girls? Or does he look at you as a little girl because you're younger than him? Mostly every man's dream is to be with young women. I suggest speaking to him about it outside of sex. Communication is key!
