12 years training and 23% BF, I think you should look to get your diet and training methodology in check, its obviously wrong... You shouldn't be looking at taking any compound until you get the basics correct first....
is this a good idea? I know Hexarelin and Test work well togeather, but is throwing HCG in mix better for you or worse? If all three can be stacked, does anyone know what a good amount each day/injection should be?
Who said I have been training for 12 years? I said I have been working out off and on for 12 years. I am in the military, I couldnt bodybuild if I wanted to. I know enough about dieting and the gym to put it to good use. I am actually deployed right now and I have 7 months to do nothing but workout. I would like to take full advantage of this.
