HCG bad side effect

So Im on HCG to come off TRT. My 2nd shot of 1000 IU caused a panic attack or something; I had shaking for about an hour along with higher BP, nausea, and headache. Is there a mechanism for this? I know I felt dift only about a minute after I injected.

And by 2nd shot I mean I have 2 shots a week and this is my first week, not 2nd in a day.

Assuming this is pharmacy HCG, it's sounds like a mild allergic reaction. Did you have itchy skin as well?

My last post was truncated. I meant I didnt have itching hut had lump in throat and chest which I thought may cause some breathing issues but never did.

Did you mix it with the vial of water that came with it or regular bacteriostatic water?
I always used BW and not the supplied water. Like stated above it's more than likely you had allergic reaction.
If my memory serves me correctly the fluid supplied may contain a small amount of acetic acid which my body doesn't agree with either.
Give BW a shot and see how you feel.

I didnt have anything mixing mine it was just in a vial and i drew out 1 ml like it said to do. I injected in my leg, maybe I fucked up tho. Hopefully doc will respond back if not i guess ill just take the hit to my T recovery.

Inject into the subcutaneous fat around the stomach, not IM, and not into quads. That might prevent another incident.
