Hey I have about 7 HBWR seeds currently and I'm wondering if there is a better way to injest these crude tasting seeds. I have used these seeds before twice. First time I chewed these seeds I had a good expirence I ate about 5 and had minor vascoconstriction which was unwanted bUT bearable. Second time I did a cold water extract and it was hell. Constant violent vomit, a killer headache and barely any effects. I was thinking if I crush the seeds in to a fine powder and put them in capsules and then injest them if I will get the same effects? Can anyone share some techniques or methods to reduce the negative effects? Thanks.

I don't think there's any way to make them less nasty. Just thinking about the taste of those seeds in my mouth.... I'm gagging.
