Hawaiian Baby Woodrose Seeds...
First, be careful. They do cause nausea for a lot...probably most people. A lot of people say you need to scrape off the outer shell/grey fuzzy stuff...its supposed to be what causes nausea. I'm not sure if it matters, it doesn't hurt though.
If you feel sick, let your body do its thing. Don't force yourself to puke, but if you need to, do it. It will likely be enough time after you taken them that you've absorbed the goods, so it shouldn't end the trip. I puked every time and I still tripped pretty hard.
I would recommend to grind/crush them and capsule them. 10 seeds is probably a good dose, not what I would really recommend for the first time though. Perhaps 6 or so.
Erowid.org has a dosage chart, if you haven't seen it... 12 has been a good dose for me, but 12+ is listed as the "heavy" dose on erowid, so I wouldn't recommend that to start.
Effects vary between people. For me, they aren't very visual. Things will get more detailed (just in general, a bit brighter too, maybe) and trail a bit. It is more of a mental trip. This is not bad, by any means. HBWR can be very intense.
These are their own psychedelic, IMO. It will likely be a bit sedating, unlike LSD. It might have some similarities in how the trip feels, I'm not completely sure. I have only taken acid twice, so I'm not the best for comparison. However, I feel HBWR is just its own trip.
Try some and wait 2-3 hours. If they don't work you can always redose. You can never take less though, so keep that in mind. What you have could be strong or weak, so test the waters a bit.
Also, the seeds can cause some muscle aches. My thighs ached the first time, it wasn't bad though.
Some people don't like them, but they can provide a good trip.
And where the seeds are from matters, you want the true Hawaiian strain. Regardless of what you have, test them out. I guess the non-Hawaiian types are not too potent, except for one other that I can't remember the name of...
One more thing, to reduce nausea, I recommend eating them on an empty or almost empty stomache, and keeping to liquids during the trip. At least until the come down.
