Using that vein should be an absolute last resort. Suggesting it as an alternative means for somebody who has other much safer vein option, is just irresponsible.

Sorry for the late reply Mr.Scagnattie, it sure is the absolute last resort. Anyone without knowledge can damage themselves by even using the veins on the forearms, for example, i've seen people injecting into the artery lying by the wrist so many times, people tend to think it's a vein when they feel a pulse which is a horrible misunderstanding. What i was suggesting is for the long-term junkies whose veins got all collapsed, every addict knows IV'ing is a different feeling then any of the options, so they kinda feel thay had to IV. I don't know if you've read the guide but it's focused more on harm reduction than getting high or making someone life's miserable.
