Having Issues accsessing my account

I've tried to password change, and Change it, But I'm Having issues getting into it, could someone help me out?

Nobody else has reported any problems and your user details are fine - sorry but are you using the correct password/case?

Yes, remember, your password is case sensitive.

We admins cannot change your password, nor access it. Are you still having problems?

Still having issues, I requested a password change and now it's saying I don't have the correct old password :[

Nevermind, It's fixed now.

After asking for a password reset, It gave me : Z0lmLZ98
As my new password, and after entering that it brought me to a password change page, in which I kept inputting my old password, to change to a new one.

My old password, was actually : Z0lmLZ98, when I thought it was the password I had previously reset (Which I still remember)

My bad. :/
