Meth Having a hot/warm bath on meth

Hi - thinking about the dangers of brain/body overheating on meth, is it advisable to take a warm/hot bath while on meth? Just sounds nice and could encourage some blood back to the extremities and skin surface. Just curious.

I don't think that a warm bath causes overheating, as long as you don't exercise directly before at least. I loved to go to the sauna on dissociatives, something which is probably more risky ...

I take two hot showers a day when I'm on the shit. It helps with literally everything lol.

If you're worried about overheating drink some ice water and bring a cup of it with you in the bathroom.

Oh man, a nice soak in Epsom salts to help unwind those tense muscles-so nice. And exactly, blood flow to hands/feet also very nice. Agree with all above comments. Self monitor and use caution, especially when getting out. I’ve almost fainted more than once-I didn’t feel overheated, more likely lack of food.
