The best advice I can give you is to make sure you have various test kits when in a troublesome area, (Where adulterated pills are in abundance) and then educate others on it, if word spreads and lots of people get test kits, then people wont buy crappy pills then maybe the people at the top will have to change their gameplan, as they wont be able to offload their junk on well equipped 'rollers'
