I dont think the question is relevant. in other words from what i know of mine and others opiate addictions, we will take whatever we can get. someone who does H is not gonna turn down a perfectly good bottle of Dilaudid just cuz its a pharm pill.

Nope, have been taking them for 7 years and never thought of switching over, and dont plan to. Never did dope, there's no point. It probably wouldn't get me as high as opana anyways, unless I lived in Philly.

No. Heroin is nonexistent where I live. Getting some would require a two hour drive to buy from a random street dealer. I'm not anywhere near enough into opiates to bother, especially while my licence is suspended. But I definately want to try it.

Not really any kind of switch. Strong opiates are strong opiates...though personally, I don't like fentanyl or oxymorphone quite as much as most of the others.

I had a heavy oxycotton supply for 2 years, a very consistent hook at a great price. Then his pharmacy turned to then new OP's and it just screwed everything up. A lot of my friends turned to tar. I tried it once or twice. Decided to cold turkey detox. Went for a month before I was able to find some Roxy's.
I feel bad that I'm back on it, but I'm pinned now, and it sure feels good. Really didn't like smoking tar.

Thank for the clarification! I have never seen both of them either, though I'll be getting some of both in a few weeks. Oxymorphone is not available for medical use here, and Hydromorphone is exclusively used for terminal patients on palliative care, so they never make their way onto the black market either. But, I've found a way to get them anyway, just import them from the US, get them from a friend who can get them and is willing to send some in the mail %)


Cheers, didn't know that either! Is it an abbreviation of a term, or just some slang or something? I've seen it used before, but never new the meaning of it, except that it was often used for pharmaceutical drugs. Only heared of it on the forums though, never in real life by anyone. Also, Dilly's, is that a slang word too, or is it derived from a real name?

Hey brother, I have some answers for your questions that are hopefully helpful. Dillies is slang for 'Dilaudid' which is the brand name for hydromorphone here in North America. Also, the term Rx dates back to a looooooong time ago; it is actually an abbreviation stemming from Latin, it means "Recipe" or "Take the recipe below." You'll see it on every prescription pad in North America at the very top before it lists the meds and your schedule.

I started using painkillers for scoliosis and herniated discs and began abusing my oxycodone. I now use oxycodone and IV hydromorphone and have never tried H because I can't get it. I'd welcome it with open arms, being stronger and cheaper, if I could get it... no luck so far

Yo Kurrupt, have you ever tried mixing a dose of oxycodone into your rig of hydromorph? It's a pretty nice high, hydro has the rush and oxy has the legs to keep you feeling good. This or a mix of morphine/hydromorph is the closest I've had to heroin; I'd consider it a good alternative if you ever get antsy to try dope, try that fist.

I've never had the opportunity to try heroin, but I've done many other prescription opioids/ates. I find my favorite to be morphine and hydromorph, like I mentioned above it's a pretty nice mixture when taken together in an IV push. I wish there was some H in my area, I really would like to give it a try. Sooner or later I will find some--maybe on a vacation or something. A trip to Texas would be wonderful, lots of powder dope and bright shiny fishscale coke; now that's a fuckin' party!

Suprisingly enough, I have opted to take 40 or 50 Norco or Lortab in a single day versus moving up the ladder in the Opiate categories. Silly. I know.

Something inside of me says that for the same amount of money, the equal amount of Oxy is something that only an ADDICT would do. Since I only consume Hydro, I'm NOT as bad as that.

Jeeze, what crap we can fool ourselves with when we wanna feel good.

I seriously hope you did a cold water extraction on that. If not, you might want to consider moving up the ladder to a product without apap.

i went from 5mg vicodin>10mg lortabs>snorting dope>shooting dope
of course the first time i snorted a pill of dope(h) i couldnt feel the lortabs at all anymore so that went out the window. it wasnt long before i started bangin it..then i wouldnt feel it if i snorted it.so now i just do the white china,im lucky if i can get high,it seems i can do $100 and barely feel it,i of course im not sick,but def not noddin...so i get about $150 a day to stay off sick and try to be high...

^ HAHAHAHA RIGHT! im a former opiate addict, but i cant even catch a nod and dream off anymore, even if i shoot a bundle all at once, when i was actively using, all i get is the nice rush from the needle, and feeling good, i dont get the closed eye visual dreaing when awake or none of the great opiate induced nodding. i dont use opiates anymore so it dont matter to me, but i lost my magic too

I do a wide range of rx pills depending on what's available or cheap, but have never sought out heroin. I get the feeling that I wouldn't be able to handle it.

wow just realized your reply to post is over year old, but figure will post a reply anyway in case someone else in same or similar position as you reads and can help or consider anyway.

Just suggestion but if you spend $150day just to not be sick and not even get a little thrill, isn't it best to get on Suboxone or Subutex? I understand and actually have witnessed a loved one go from strong heroin addiction to taking suboxone and I ws literally jealous of his energy but not overdone and he was more than fine. As a matter of fact, I think he was feeling a little darn good from it. The only drawback which would hv required simply changing dosing times, was that he cldn't sleep at night on the suboxone but he was taking 8mg 2wice a day and I would hv suggested taking only half for evening dose or even less-start w/2mg and see how you feel then take more in 1/2hr or so by 2mg increments to no more than the 8mg. I hope you found your answer and if not, maybe will read this and consider. Good luck!
