have you ever rolled with your parents?

I've rolled with my friends mom. Shes 51 and it was her first time trying e. She took one light blue round transformer with us and she had a great time. They were very mild pills and she enjoyed music and dancing around with me and my friend. She loved our little hand orgy and everything. She said she had a great experience, but she only wanted to try it once. I'm glad she tried it with us she opened up a new kind of mom love to me and her daughter. Glad she got to experience ecstasy.

I wouldnt give my parents anything either. It just wouldnt seem right. We all know that drugs fucks up lives so thats the last thing ud want for them.
 
As with all other threads concerning family and drugs, there are two camps:

1) People who use responsibly who would like to share their experience with others, but not necessarily their family for other reasons.

2) People who have been harmed by their drug usage, and wouldn't wish it on people they care about.

I think it gives you an interesting view into people's priorities, their self-image, and their concept of drug usage in general. Not to be psychoanalytical and all, but I think it'd be informative for people to consider for themselves why it is that they'd like to use with their family or why they wouldn't, or what they would do if they knew a family member was using a drug that they themselves used.

As for this, I've given my answer before, but I'll state it again: I really wouldn't mind rolling with my parents, but I think their worldview and view of drugs is so different from mine that it would be more of a confusing than enlightening experience. *shrug*
 
I've never rolled with my parents but I have smoked with them :) Rolling is something I don't think they would understand. It also wouldn't feel right.
 
Good point RGB. Maybe in a few years I hope. I have slowly been trying to break down their negative views toward it. They just seem uneducated, not closed minded.

Come to think of it, MDMA is kind of a special case; it puts you in a very specific emotional state. I can understand it being one that you'd be more willing to share with your peers than your parents. Heh, consider my opinion completely reversed.

I suppose if you had the right sort of parents and were at a position in life where your relationship as child and parent wasn't of central importance, then it would make more sense. :)

EDIT: I still stand by the idea of reflecting on this, though it would perhaps make more sense with other kinds of drugs.
 
I think it would be a really interesting experience to roll with one or both of my parents. I love my parents dearly and now that I no longer live with them, I do genuinely enjoy spending time with them.

That being said...it won't ever happen. My dad is very open-minded an accepting. He knows I've been known to do drugs (he doesn't know which drugs specifically, but we had the "I understand that you want to experiment, but just be careful" talk) and doesn't think less of me for it, he avoids altered states of mind all together. As far as I know, he hasn't even had a drink in over 20 years.

My mom has a pretty biased view of drug use since her girlfriend's sons have both struggled with legal problems and serious addictions due to drugs. Given that she was so concerned when I admitted that I'd smoked pot before, I can't imagine how she'd react if I told her I did MDMA, let alone wanted her to do it with me.
 
Sadly my dad has an enourmous stick up his ass when it comes to having an open mind.... so no I dont think it will ever happen.

And I wouldnt give MDMA to my mom.... she has been on SSRI's forever and MDMA probably wouldnt be the best thing for her.

My parents didn't know I rolled and at the same time I didn't know they rolled. Eventually we all found out about it and it was cool, but never would we do it together.
 
My family is very anti-drug, but man I wish I could roll with my mother if anyone. I think it would make our relationship so much better. She is the type to hold things in and lie about how she feels and what she thinks. I would be interested to see how she would act and what she would tell me. Only condition though is I would want to do it at home and not in a club environment. I would just want to sit and talk with her and have a deep conversation.

nawwww i couldn't even do that...my mom is already a nut when shes drunk i could just see that shit going bad...and ewww just thinking bout the later effects of my mom and step dad rolling makes me wanna puke...lmao
 
i want to do it with her so bad, but i dont think she would, she did do most of the other stuff tho except meth, in the 70s it was rampage, but she never tried E, its a shame, maybe one morning i will crush one in her orange juice.

i've done it with my dad around, although he can't roll bc of all the meds he's on. as for my mom, she's too religious now to consider it. =/ i've rolled with my boyfriend's mom more than five times. it was fine at first but now she's starting to get personal, like confronting me about personal issues, asking us about our sex life (wayyyy too uncomfortable) and i swear last time we rolled i heard her say "let's get naked." uhm, woman is one crazy 61 year old bitch! i'm putting an end to it, and in my particular situation, should have never happened.

My uncle showed some interest in it but I wouldn't even think of asking my mom and my bad has had quad bypass sugery on his heart so....
 
I have with a couple of my friends parents but never with my parents
I will never forget the time my friends step dad (who is a raging alcoholic and scrip head) stumbled into my friends room at about 11am with a massive hangover and picked up a tylenol bottle on my buddies desk and popped 3 or 4
Im sure you all know what was really in there tho hahaha
Luckily they werent that good!
 
my parents would freak out if i would walk up to them and ask them if they wanted 2 roll
 
Sounds like it'd be awkward to me. I mean what happens if your mom gets all horny on you? And your parents try to sneak you in a 3some O.o

Yeah riiiight I'll stick to good lookin women and trust-worthy bros.
