Funny that you mention that...

A good friend of mine, (a drug dealer), was offered a GO-PED motor scooter for a certain ammount of weed by this notorious "criminal" kid.
This thing was DEFINATLY stolen because of how cheap this kid was willing to go to pawn it of for some marijuana...

Anyways, my friend (the drug dealer) was riding the GO-PED around, and the ACTUAL kid who it was stolen from was with his mom and they started CHASING HIM DOWN OUR MAIN ROAD. Turns up my friend rode away from them for so long, that when they caught up to him, the GO-PED was ruined because the engine was burning.

The cops came were called and the mom and dad were furious at first, but sympethetically believed my friend! He said some kid asked him if he wanted to buy it for 50 bucks and he said sure!

So turns out, the kid who sold my friend the GO-PED ended up getting caught for MANY petty theives that same day.. ha

My friend also walked away with 50 bucks from the kids dad whos scooter he broke! HAHA! His mother felt bad that he got ripped off for 50 bucks, so she made her husband pay my friend!

This is why if you are a drug dealer, dont take trades (unless its maybe a blockbuster or starbucks or barns & nobles gift card) =)
 
yea iv pawned my drum-set, my playstation 2 and guitar hero 3, all my old video-games, my acoustic guitar, two of my ipods (1 broken), Clock radios, clock radios that my sister never used, DOMINOs sets, gift cards (personal favorite), and many many many many other things ..... ALL FOR MARIJUANA!

NOW... someone try to tell me it is not possible to be addicted to reefer.
 
I sold two xbox360s in a single year. I didn't even steal them like I should have properly, I bought them new at full price each time.

I bought a third one, and gave it away to my brother a month ago, 'cuz I would be pawning that shit right now if I could.

Technically, though, I only pawned the first 360, and that was my one and only pawn ever. Twas for cocaine, if we're keeping score.
 
this place offered me 40 bucks for a 600 dollar analog synthesizer ~ i was like this is crazy and said no thank you , come to think about it, im gunna go make some noise with it right now :)
 
I'd say half my parents house is missing from me stealing and pawning shit unfortunately. My room consists of a bed, a set of drawers and a desk. In the past 6-7 years I have pawned laptops, ipods, television sets, digital cameras, camcorders, jewelry(including my moms), videogames, xbox, powertools, set of drums, expensive ornaments and house decorations, a few golf sets, a few surf boards, my complete snowboard, clothes and a whole bunch of other stuff I don't like thinking about. Everything was pawned or sold for heroin and crack.
 
haha its funny that someone else made a post about this cuz i was about to a week ago.

i was trying to sell this $800 watch my parents got me for graduation. i went to about 6 different pawn shops in my area and the best offer i got was 100. i was kinda oxy sick but not that bad so i said fuck it. and im glad i didnt cuz now i got my paycheck haha

A few old video games back in college, although it wasn't explcitly for drugs (pizza and beer also factored in).
 
Yeah, I sold a $500 acoustic guitar for $80 to the pawn shop. Bought OC with the money. Only because I don't play guitar or know anyone who would have wanted to buy it.

I've never sold shit I wanted/needed to the pawn shop. I've pawned some good stuff, but I always got it back when I got my paycheck.
 
My stuff: 60gb I-pod video, nintendo 64, xbox, xbox games, portable dvd player all in the same night for an 8ball of meth.


I've stolen clothes from stores and sold them to other stores that buy like new clothes. Broken into cars and stole anything that looked valuable. Gone house to house stealing the mail in everyone's mailbox.

I pawned my tb-303 when i was thirsting badly at the tail end of a weekend Djing, about 12 years ago.
My man went straight down the pawn shop, bought it back, wrapped it in xmas paper (in the middle of July) and left it on my back doorstep with a note saying "this one's on me. don't be an idiot"

pretty sound of him really.
Never did it again.
