Have you ever got your drugs mixed up??

my friend whos a dealer was hooking me up with a 20 of tar but he put it in a baggy that previously had meth in it and didn't empty it well and the crystals stuck to tar and melted in before I got it. I shoot it and it burns more than tar would when it leaks out of vein and I got waves of pleasure radiating through me but still feel down~y so im like this is weird tar. Have some crazy sex then inspect baggy and see crystal residue. It was the best crystal of my life such a tiny amount got me nice and high and was a good clean high. Pissed off when I couldnt sleep that night though.
 
once my employer asked me if i could keep his an eye on his wife while he went out of town on business. you know, take her out to dinner and whatnot. make sure she didn't get too bored. apparently she is a bit of a wild girl with a thing for blow. i had picked up a hefty amount of high quality heroin earlier that day. was keeping it nice and safe in my jacket. i drive a convertible so she was cold on the ride home. of course i was a gentlemen and...
 
oxy 20's and .5mg xanax look pretty identical...

long story short i took 2 20's thinking they were the peach xanax just so i could get some sleep after a long exam as i was going into work later in the day. Woke up, vomited everywhere (I never do oxys, i was just selling them) drove to work, started throwing up there and stumbling around and was sent home.

I havn't but this woman I went to detoxe with (who now attends the same clinic I go to) once was sold an 8mg suboxone tablet and told it was a methadone biscuit...She had been on the methadone program for years so that didn't really turn out too good.
 
I was pretty ruined after an all nighter on a crack pipe once-so decided to do a hefty line in the morning so I was ok for work. Turned out I picked the wrong bag up and went into a K-hole for a good while8(
 
funny story: when i was in high school, i was on a ton off ADD meds, and my mother was on several meds herself (non-recreational), and we stored them right next to each other. One morning my mother comes in the kitchen with a concerned look on her face asking if my meds taste a little like sugar. she took 60mg of dextroamphetmaine (she takes three of her own pills, and I had 20mg IR dex) with no tolerance. She came back from work that day with a grin, and said she got a raise. LOL.
 
thousand years ago i was in chicago, and it was late and i was looking for some coke. these people asked me if i wanted "rocks or blows" - i said no rocks! No crack. I'll take some blows. So we go get it, get back to my place and I laid out a beautiful line. Snorted it and was like, THIS ISN'T COKE! The world started spinning, i kicked everyone outta my apartment and proceeded to drive the porcelain bus for about 2hours and woke up on the floor in the kitchen about 12-16 hours later. Think Uma Thurman in Pulp Fiction. Couldn't keep any food or even water down for nearly 3days. Had my doctor write me a food poisoning note for work. Swore I'd never do it again and KNOW the definition of a "blow" = dope...

And that was my introduction to heroin. I didn't touch it again for 15 years and now.....well...I really really like it.<3

An hour and a half later I realise nothing has happened, except I manage to neck 3 beers in about 10 minutes which is unusual for mxe. So I decide I'll have another line approx 50mg, its then I stop and think about the taste of the drip. I look at the bag and it says MPA! Noooo, I was hoping for an early night and be fresh for the morning.
No chance of sleep now at all, what a fool! Lesson learnt for sure, as I got a busy week ahead and really need the sleep especially as I did an all nighter the other day!

Similar story: had a box of mixed pills, and thought I'd seperated out the ups from downs. Meant to take a couple of Temazepam 20mgs: imagine my surprise when I got a slight stimulant rush half an hour later. On closer inspection, I'd left a few tabs of dexedrine in the 'downs' side. They were only 1mg, so it was a mistake easily corrected with a little extra temazepam, but wasteful (prescription dex, or any amphetamine, even Ritalin, for that matter, are hard as hell to come by in the UK), and very low dose.

Offered a line at a party, assumed it was the coke we'd been doing all night...nose bursts into flames of unexpected pain. Someone had crushed a tab of X and passed it round on the same mirror. Bit annoying, 'cos I don't snort pills & ways laying off empathogens at the time, but the dose was tiny - short rush, short down.

Years ago, as an innocent 19-year old looking for a small bag of weed or block of hash, I ended up with 1/8g of H owing to my ignorance that 'a brown smoke' can mean different things to different people on the streets of Oxford. All I learned from that experience is that UK street smack REALLY doesn't snort well. First taste of H, and I've got notably higher from codeine since. Smoked, of course, it would have been a very different story - can't remember if it's no.3 or 4, but it was the 'smoke or shoot' kind, with an intranasal BA of about 0%. Two days before, I'd tried 'cid for the first time (waaay too much), and the next night, had my first taste of strong X (waaay too much). Ah, the joys of youth...
 
was already fucked up buddy busted out a few lines i did them without asking and it was k.... kinda stupid but i enjoyed it....
 
Injecting stuff you shouldn't? (eg, air, ink) or injecting misfires? experieneces

This is asking have people injected stuff by accident or sonething else than thier drugs? Or nearly lost a limb? and what happened and how it could of been prevented (without drugs are bad mmmmmmmkay)

We mostly know avoid air but small bubbles and even a point is harmless. But I've drew back lost, lost vac and regged and to get the hit to start I've slowly shot 0.4ml of air into me, breathing more (to expel it?), No problems or side effects. I think fast enough and with a wide gauge you would blow the vein and it would collaspe. Does anyone have an asnwer? Where would the air go breath out?

ink/dye = sink n die

Now the next is INK well GLITTER. OK I don't smoke so to cook a shot I aint upti date on my lighters I have 2 clickers for my gas heater and have plenty of cheap pound shop ones. I lose them (in my room) or they brake but mostly die and filling them to work is a pain so I normallyy light a teacandle and hoover the spoon over to cook. I ran out of candles apart from big ones so I used one, then another. Now one day I had a blue glitter one and I noticed the shot was tinted a blue. I micron'ed it but in the spoon was a small spec of glitter and on my hand and table alot. It's amazing the mess they leave like pet hair. Sadly I had shot most/all but I was ok (this does NOT mean it was safe!!) , and using these only option I've had some fall in again but secnod it does - REMOVED if it's cooked then I suspect the dye ends up in you. Even worse without micron filtering you may suck up the whole glitter. I remember in school being told never to write on my hand or I might die - I am sure that's far overblown but pen ink over a cut may lead in a rare case to blood poisoning now imagine IV. 8(

H. Peroxide

Awhile ago I was in the dire need to get the gears flowing inbetween the ears so much I had to dumpout shot w/ blood - add water go to heat and bang I knock Hydrogen Peroxide over not sure on it's %% but I yused to get 6% from a pharmacy and I've now 35% Food Grade (however I cut it with water well not cutting - I dialute it to a custom %% for its use) anyway soe went into my spoon and it bubbled. From what I know H.P. would just become water and H.P. has been IVed to people for oxygen (HOWEVER that would be human/medical grade) - I either pllugged or dumped it.

GBL

GBL - I used to have pip's galare to measure this but now I get my old syringes - clean and use for GBL (oral obv.), I usually use a new syringe all the time but (mess of a room) once I had water loaded in @ 1.5ml then it was 0.5ml - must be the wrong one or did I spill itout, drop on tounge - GBL, what's that there? =D - no never IV'ed it but boody hell imagine that if citric can burn.

it's now I've a glass for syringes JUST for GBL ones - I plan on having spare new ones but imagine reusing them even a quick suck n blow with water there might be a drop still that ends in your vein.

Alcohol

Just thought of this after GBL, one of my mates said when you cook H up if you've no filter use a corner of a alcohol wipe. He claimed also a few drops of it in your shot kills bacteria which is true - like heat? heat kills heroin, would alc? He said if you miss it's alot cleaner and no abcesses (or less likely). Yet to try or research - anyone answer?

Hit nerve

Well over a year ago or two [EDIT: beginnning of 2012 - wasnt as long as I thought). I went into my right crook USING a large pin as I had prev done no problem on my left but each arm differs. Looking at it now and having done a few there recetly you have go in at an angle I was rushing about and my mum kept shouting me to come down so after a half reg I shot a bit and my arm blew up red and for 15 mins I should of called an ambulamc ebut the pain went when the pin was pushed in there was a small shock and no blood till I came back - this shock I felt once on a bicep so I pull out (if in doub- innit?). Thinking back I either used annother vein on my left or binned./plugged it once the 15 min of pain went (numb it more) and was off IVing for a awhile since then I've only just started using myright underarm + crook. This time the crook is done at an angle at the veinruns that way and a small 1mler or 25g orange. Dunno why but since I have started my arm is better. Since the inncedint (hold out both arms hairy side/finger nail side UP) the innerright side and under all the feeling is numbed and it tingles pushing the crook gave me an electric shock

Twice I think I've done, first once inside what was I thought may of been a vein the needle bounced up and down, I think it filled iwoth aor - but I felt there was a pluse so I left it. One time I was digging for one and regged fine and a tiny bit was painful and not normal missed hit painful - I left it used another fine, The blood colour I forget but was dark a bit it looked normal.

bad habits

I'm sure someone by now has got petrol/diesel in thier rig from puddle water!!!!! My shots are primary in the arm then hand. Last year I used legs, foot and stopped, I restarted in arm and used hand which was new to me. I AIM for 1ml'er or 25g ORANGE (I might actually buy some smaller needles that retract as some shots are 1.5ml-2ml.

I've had a few abcesses more than most I reckon, one was just red skin and tightness - it went over time no scars. One grew into a head and I could not help it, I used a huge pin (whichever of the big ones i have as they I rarely use) and sqoozeout puss, nasty pusss and presed it and it was strangely enjoyable now I do NOT EVER CONDONE draining by yourself and if you had to use a out the pack new pin, wear gloves cover well, mine scared but today isnt so bad. However lately I found an amazing vein that on my left arm is when viewing the crook one - to the left on the side which I cant get on my right. Sadly that's now the big lump - my honest advice is see a doctor abbceses are serious, usually though I just leave them unless I began to feel ill or something painful, missing should hurt but deep it might not. Missing can be deadly in antrax infections and the h here the dealers stash in feilds outside, then mouth, arse bacteria (I wont anymore its a put off). Injecting stimulents is bad sometimes too and I have been pulling stim seshers and tailing off with IVing Mephedrone or ETH which I stopped they are bad too asthey are corrisive and METHADONE (opoid) is too, i Used to IV alot now this was injectabke methadone (NOT SYRUP!!!) but its corrisive too so I noticed veins are taxes more I imagine ETH does that too. What makes IV stim bad is the complusion and behavour. - coke/amp here being pure enough to spread over bread for an amphetamine-wich (like sweet thick paste) or coke thats aimed at snorters thats why most shoot crack here which you need ctiric and is heavy on veins. Another is being slow or not hitting right and winding up with clotted blod, withdrawing the needle and squirting then shaking then re entering.

Was gunna do quick tips but there'll be a thread for that so go to there too to help avoid telling stories here. :)

Ad if possible, get syringes that are at LEAST 28g. 25g is way too fucking big.

ink/glitter
Wll, in general, cooking your shots is an unnecessary step, though I assume you use freebase heroin, which I've heard unfortunately does require most of the time a little but of heat to be added along with the citric acid to fully dissolve. I'm fairly certain that having ink/glitter get into your shot ONE time will not be too harmful (after all, people inject pills with different dyes all the time. Now this is horribly unsafe, but my point is, you will most likely survive, especially if you also micron'd the shot.)

H.Peroxide
I don't know about this one...yeah, it does decompose (quickly I believe) into water and oxygen when it's mixed with water, but I would still not feel good about shooting that, you were smart not too. I knew a homeless guy who once did by accident (he had been cleaning an old rig with it, forgot it was hydrogen Peroxide, and then used it to dissolve his dope. He then realized it, but shot it anyway.. He did live.)
