I have come to Bluelight on and off over the years to browse or find information, but I have never posted. I am planning on changing this. I couldn't believe when I was looking at my info that I joined that long ago! Wow! Anyway, I'm in Indianapolis and am definitely all about harm reduction. The system in Indiana is very backward indeed. We have no needle exchanges, and the cops here will take you to jail for even paraphernalia or a small bag of weed unless you are lucky. Anyway, I just wanted to say hi and show some support.
 
welcome!! it's good to see someone register and then use their account :) we have a lot of people who register and don't come to the forums (which is OK, obviously, but we want you here too :))
thankfully I live in a city with needle exchanges and cops are NOT legally allowed to be in the vicinity of the exchange, unless it's the captain (and even then the police captain cannot harass users of the needle exchange service :))
