Apologies for the long post but I really need some advice - I've been combining drugs to deal with anxiety and I think I've gotten a bit too deep. I've been taking;
5-10g kratom daily for at least 5-6 months (occaional 5-6 day breaks when I have to order more, but no withdrawals so far inbetween) I was taking up to 20-30g across the day at one point but I cut it down
At least a joint or 2 nearly everyday for the last 2 months. I smoked it way more back in my teenage years/early 20's and have just started using it again
1-2g eitzolam daily for the last 2 weeks and on and off before that (2-3 times a week at 1g) for 4-5 months (no withdrawals as yet probably because I haven't stopped properly)
A 70cl bottle of whisky once a week along with beer, cider etc pretty much anything really (Unit wise at least 10 daily for the last month, before that between 14-40 units a week pretty much for the last 10 years with sporadic gaps off inbetween)
Hq and sq cocaine, between 0.5 and 2g a week for the last month
A normal day is kratom before work/during work to pick me up with my coffee, then at night i'll take etiz, weed and booze and coke if I have it. And I do that by myself. I used to be a social user but the drugs come first over my friends. I'd much rather get high at home than go out and feel uncomfortable. It sounds daft but as soon as I realised my priorities were completely wrong I knew I needed to change my habits somehow. Does anyone have any ideas for the best way to withdraw from them and in which order?
