You can either smoke it alone, or with weed. Smoke a bowl or two of it without weed. If you get a good buzz, then it's hash. If not, then it's fake.
If your dealer told you to "smoke it on top of weed" you've probably been scammed.

hmm... I've smoked hash once... i found it to be very hard to smoke it straight... it didn't burn well unless you cut it into small slivers... it has a really wonderful spicy taste.. and the high is a bit different than just smoking weed... smoke it out of your favorite bowl and it'll change the taste of your stuff for the next few times you smoke out of it. Enjoy... hash around here (central jersey) is rare and a real treat.

Break off a little chunk, and roll it between your fingers until it is in a little ball. Put it on the head of a pin and light it on fire for a second or two. Next blow it out and let it cool for a second or two.. It will now be sort of crumbly when you squeeze it, you can put this crumbly material on a bowl or smoke it out of a pipe with a screen. (or mix it into some yougart…mmmmm…..)

Take a 1 liter pop bottle and cut off the bottom. Get two butter knives and go to your stove. Heat the ends of the knives until they are red hot. Put the neck of the bottle in your mouth, and put the hash in-between the two hot knives. Put the knives up inside of the bottle and squeeze them together. The smoke will get caught in the bottle and can be inhaled. (knife hit) This works with good bud too. It is easier to do with a friend holding the bottle.

Break one smokin into it and spread it out..
Light the hash for about 20 seconds or so, when it starts smoking break little pieces off it and put it in on top on the tobacco.. keep doing this until you feel you have enough.. then roll it and smoke..
thats the way i usually do it, most people do it that way too.

To get maximum use out of that little piece of hash use Dr. Quack's hot knife method.
Start with pieces about this big.---> "O"
To cool the smoke you can use an empty paper towel tube. Insert a fork a few inches from the bottom and fill the tube up with ice.
Inhale the cooled smoke through the tube and enjoy.

Indeed. Make sure you break up the hash as much as possible (like breaking a food stock cube into powder) to avoid "hot rocks" - irritating balls of hash that rip through clothing and into skin.
just crumble that shit into a pipe and smoke it. You said it was hard so I would recomend heating a pin up and then sticking this into you're hash. Heat the hash up with a flame and then blow it before rubbing the hash between you're fingers into the smoking apparatus.

I got some hash froma friend but it doesn;t seem of good quality. It us green and real crumbly as apposed to the solidness I have seen of other hash. Is this homemade or something else? Smells and tastes weird kinda like chemical schwag.
