Salutations everyone,
Here's a simple basic one: as far as i'm concerned, with hashish it didn't feel healthy (even safety-wise questionable) while i find dried flowers much safer potentially, especially if one could see his buds grow. I'd never want to smoke alledged "hashish" acquired from a stranger ever again, in any case!
On another hand, the smell of hashish is magic, but i still find dry flower vaporisation has quite some advantages of its own. It comes from an ex-smoker who could barely be satisfied by cannabis herb at the time (unless weed happened to be all that was available, since smoked joints were irritating)...
To me hashish was like a lightbulb to a moth while dry cannabis flowers feel slightly different, IMO. I guess i learned to appreciate the later spectrum of nuances, which doesn't mean i'd mind sampling some hashish which is "bio", who knows!... YouTube once illustrated a most impressive Dry Ice method and that was a memorable sight: visual poetry! Yet, the spectacle of a glistening bud is no less grandiose. One just needs to appreciate those different moments for himself, when/if suitable and/or possible: i find there's a significant distance between hashish smoking and dry cannabis flower vaporisation, but that's me.
Sorry if this doesn't shead light on the "misconceptions" of others, i can only comment best while writing a testimony from my own perspective. I'd say the future appears to be in concentrated oils for medicinal users and dry flowers for the recreative ones, if that's what this is about. High-CBD strains in healing applications, lots of THC for its unique properties...

...there seem's to be some serious misconception of the difference between hashish and the flowers.
perhaps, someone could write up some definitions?
