After smoking for a while i find weed gives me more of a motivation to draw and read my uni chapters.

what does it do for you ?
 
Weed helps me think, makes me sleep like a baby too.
Also chills me when things aint goin' right and I tend to be able to realise things arent as bad as they seem to be
 
yes and no. no because it caused anxiety to me. yes because i love getting stoned and its kind of a mood elavator like it relaxes me but my bloods pumping heart pounding etc.
 
Only in the sense that it is the scientific cure for boredom.


oh, and it works wonders on headaches/hangovers
 
yeah, in the sense of small little things like hangovers ^^^

in the larger picture of my life, not really, it's only helped me get in trouble with the law, fuck up school, and exacerbate my depression/anxiety
 
it really helps me too! It makes me feel more motivated to take down notes and read my boring ass text books. I love getting high and then doing my morning cardio while listening to some crazy deep progressive trance... It also keeps me more focused when I'm sewing and drawing/painting... I usually can't bake and ... be baked... things usually get burnt!

I'm glad to see, that it helps you too. Yeah i love exercising when High i seem to go harder when i am stoned.
And as for drawing i am again the same.

What kind of things do you cook ?
 
well its helped me get stoned everyday for years but other then that I dont really see what else it could be doing for me except hurting my body slightly I guess. If I were using it in a medical way then obviously thats a different story but I cant really see how recreational drug use can directly help someone with problems that arent emotionally related. Everytime I try smoking weed to acomplish something it doesnt really seem to work out, unless Im trying to eat a lot or sleep a lot or something, it always helps that.
 
Weed has helped me! having a.d.d, o.c.d and a sleep disorder, its the only thing that puts my mind in one place (a.d.d), helps me not freak out when my o.c.d kicks in about something not done right, and puts me right to sleep when i should be going to sleep. I've also noticed that its not a very good anti-depressant tho, for me anyway. it makes me think too much. funny thing is it slows my million thoughts down to one thought, but i always tend to dwell on that one thought, especially if im depressed.. but short of all that, yes, weed helps me on a day by day basis!!
 
Let's me chill and stop raging at the world.
On the flip side though: I'm currently on a break. I started to loose grip and days started blending, introversion to new levels, forgetting shit; words mid sentance, memories etc. generic stoner shit.
But I think it was due to me suddenly increasing from around a 10/20 bit a week to smoking a 60 bud over 3/4 days.
